Citronade
A refreshing lemon-drink, especially for the hot season. Very refreshing
when ice-cold and it is healthy, too.
Ingredients:
300 g unaffected lemon
5 spoons sugar
1/4 l water
1 1/2 l mineral water

Brush the lemon well under running water and dry them up with a
Cut the lemon with the skin into small cubes and remove the kernels.
Then put the lemon, the 1/4l water and 5 spoons sugar in a shaker
and mash. Afterwards put it into a fine screen and squeeze it through,
little by little, with 1 1/2l mineral water.
Stir - draw off - put into fridge - that's it!
Instead of lemons you can take unaffected oranges.
