Dear reader,
Here you are reading the 7. edition of "Sloughi-World"!
A short Christmas-story? Kind-hearted people fulfil their own heartfelt
desire after many visits. They take a small Sighthound-bitch from
Tunisia to
Austria. As the fait goes a civil illness comes about. The little
bitch
needs a new home. Via contacts to "Sloughi-World" there
is a quick success.
"Rakel", this is her name, she finds her new loving family
at Munic.
Suggestions, sent in texts and above all photos contribute to widening
our
view for the variety of the old oriental sighthound-race Sloughi
and for the
culture that had originally surrounded them. Unimated by received
photos a
"Gallery" is being formed. The pictures will first appear
in the also new
made "Kaleidoskop". Afterwards they will get a permanent
place at the
"Gallery".
Everyone who sends Sloughi-photos to us contributes that the blinkers
disappear and a "Gallery" grows, which shows all Sloughis,
not only a type
of a single kennel.
To all who have helped, to find a new home for "Rakel",
to all, who, like
we, love the Sloughis, and to all, who show an active interest with
"Sloughi-World" we wish a harmonious being together and
a Merry Christmas.
